Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning (MOAC) invites motivated individuals to join our four-year HVAC Installer Apprentice program in Ohio. Work alongside Lead Installers on commercial projects, gaining hands-on field experience, safety training, and formal instruction while earning a company vehicle, uniforms, and a tablet.

The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime opportunities, and includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing development through MOAC's apprenticeship curriculum.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Enrollment in HVAC vocational program or trade school preferred.
0-2 years HVAC-related work or trade school experience; suitable for career changers.

Responsibilities

Assist Installers with installation and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment.
Support refrigerant and piping installation under supervision.
Help install roof curbs, duct transitions, and duct system modifications.
Perform material handling and site organization to support crew productivity.
Assist with equipment start-up and commissioning under supervision.
