We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Residential Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the HVAC and home services industry, with potential to advance within six months.

Responsibilities

• Learn and adhere to GSM policies and procedures.
• Gain proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles daily.
• Become familiar with different materials and equipment used on jobs.
• Understand ductwork and venting materials and their proper applications.
• Progress towards completing basic job requirements independently.
• Accurately complete timecards and track materials as needed.
• Work diligently to meet the Sundown Rule (complete tasks within the day).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid NC or SC driver's license.
• Reliable attendance and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Possession of minimum personal tools as required.
• Ability to read and write English at a high school level.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and use hands.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

• Moderate noise levels with occasional variations.
• Exposure to changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
