Job Duties

Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

• Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field

• Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently

Compensation

• $17 - $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
• Total Comp: $55K-90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
