Busby’s in Augusta, GA, is seeking an experienced HVAC installer apprentice to join our team. You’ll work with the Lead Installer installing heating and air equipment and developing a real career with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

We offer a $10,000 signing bonus for experienced, truck-ready apprentices plus a strong compensation package between $55K and $90K+ with bonuses, health, and 401(k). This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required (2+ years).
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong wiring skills for low/high voltage.

Responsibilities

• Assist on installations and set field standards.
• Document in ServiceTitan and collect on-site payments.
• Perform clean, code-compliant wiring.
• Understand duct sizing and design principles.
• Ensure flawless startups and precise system charging.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and independently.
• Install line sets and line hide with showroom results.

JOB DUTIES

Highly skilled technician who demonstrates expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

• Assist on installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
• Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
• Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
• Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
• Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results

COMPENSATION

• $17 – $22/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
• Total Comp: $55K–$90K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
