Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pre-measure job sites and prep for on-time installs.
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
• Document your work in ServiceTitan to keep operations efficient.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
