Qualifications

• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.

• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep our operations tight and on the move.
• Pursue certifications if needed — we invest in people who invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
