Job description

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems
  2. Working knowledge of city codes
  3. Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
  4. Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
  5. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
  6. Responsible for training installation technicians on the job
  7. Ability to work overtime and on weekends

Qualifications:

  1. Mechanical aptitude
  2. Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
  3. Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders
  4. Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
  5. Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
  6. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
  7. Results driven in a high-energy environment
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
