Job summary

Supreme Energy in Weymouth, MA is seeking an HVAC Installer to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial installations across a broad service area. You will install, troubleshoot, and ensure safe, code-compliant operation, focusing on workmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Vocational education.
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License.
• Massachusetts Burner License.
• All other applicable Massachusetts licenses required for the HVAC installation work performed.
• Experience installing residential HVAC equipment.
• Ability to perform light commercial HVAC installations.
• Working knowledge of HVAC installation procedures, equipment, tools, and job-site safety.
• Ability to complete HVAC installations with a strong focus on workmanship and minimizing callbacks.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes.
• Complete light commercial HVAC installations.
• Install heating, cooling, and HVAC equipment safely and professionally.
• Follow applicable Massachusetts codes, licensing requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company installation standards.
• Complete installations with a focus on quality workmanship, reliable system performance, and preventing callbacks.
• Maintain professional standards while working in customers' homes and commercial properties.

Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Installer based in Weymouth, MA, serving customers throughout Weymouth, Norwell, Hanover, Hingham, Duxbury, Cohasset, Boston, Milton, Quincy, Brookline, Brighton, Allston, Plymouth, Kingston, Pembroke, Hanson, and Bridgewater.

• Install HVAC equipment in customers' homes.

• Complete light commercial HVAC installations.

• Install heating, cooling, and HVAC equipment safely and professionally.

• Follow applicable Massachusetts codes, licensing requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company installation standards.

• Complete installations with a focus on quality workmanship, reliable system performance, and preventing callbacks.

• Maintain professional standards while working in customers' homes and commercial properties.

Hiring Expectations:

• 1 to 2 years of HVAC installation experience

• Vocational education

• Massachusetts Refrigeration License

• Massachusetts Burner License

• All other applicable Massachusetts licenses required for the HVAC installation work performed

• Ability to perform light commercial HVAC installations
