DorMar Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of HVAC services in Newark, Ohio. We are seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team and help us install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current with best practices in HVAC installation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including both installation and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed
