Job summary

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the community. The pay range is $22–$32 per hour plus commissions, equating to $50k–$75k annually. Offers include a company-provided vehicle, health insurance, paid vacation and holidays,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products.
• Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely.
• Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and condensate drains as needed.
• Start up, test, and verify proper operation of installed equipment.
• Complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation using a tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Work closely with team members to complete quality installations on schedule.
