Job Description

We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! HVAC Installers are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment. $5,000 sign on bonus for qualified senior installer.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacturers specifications.
2. Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment.
3. Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.
4. Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings.
5. Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management.
6. Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out.
7. Carry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readings.

Qualifications:

1. 1 year HVAC installation experience
2. EPA certification a plus
3. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
4. Problem-solving and customer service skills
5. Must have an honest and dependable personality.
6. Strong mechanical aptitude
7. Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team.
8. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs safely.
9. Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
