We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Longton Air Company, a family-owned business based in Southlake, Texas for over 17 years. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC installation, responsible for installing air conditioning and heating systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Install air conditioning and heating systems in residential settings.
2. Ensure high-quality workmanship reflecting the company's standards.
3. Maintain a neat appearance and be well-groomed.
4. Work physically in attics during all seasons, demonstrating stamina.
5. Use own hand tools for installations.
6. Drive and live within a reasonable distance to Southlake, Texas.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in HVAC installations.
• Valid driver’s license (DL).
• Own hand tools.
• Physical stamina for attic work.
• Must reside near Southlake, TX.
