Overview

Solon Heating & Air Conditioning in Solon, IA is hiring multiple full-time HVAC Installers committed to meeting their goals, completing high-quality work, and providing excellent customer experiences. The position offers an hourly rate of $20.00 - $35.00 per hour. Apprenticeship programs support continued education and advancement within the trade.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some on-call required and overtime available
• Valid driver's license

NATE Certification would be preferred but isn’t required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately install heating and cooling systems and related equipment
• Install hydronics systems
• Fabricate sheet metal and install ductwork as needed
• Provide professional customer service
