Your New Role

• Install and assemble HVAC systems, including rooftop units, furnaces, mini-splits, boilers, and ductwork.

• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot system issues.

• Educate customers on operating their systems.

• Maintain accurate records of installation work.

• Mentor and train installation helpers.

• Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet project deadlines.
