• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety; it is our #1 priority
• Have thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
• Lead installation of commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, fittings, and grills
• Layout and connect electrical wiring
• Perform system startups and ensure proper functioning
• Estimate time, materials, and manpower for projects
• Build positive relationships with team members, contractors, vendors, estimators, and project managers
• Interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to guide team efforts
• Mentor employees and assist with other trades when needed

Qualifications and Certifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable Commercial HVAC / Sheet Metal experience

Requirements:

• Maintain a drug-free workplace
• Be punctual and reliable
• Work 10-hour days and overtime as required
• Work in various weather conditions, indoors and outdoors
• Stand, walk, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs
• Perform reaching, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and bending
