B&C Mechanical Services, a faith-based Kansas City-area employer, is hiring a Commercial HVAC Installer with 4-6 years of experience to join our Shawnee team. Expect responsibilities on new construction and remodel projects, installing a range of commercial HVAC systems and supporting a culture of integrity and excellence.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing rooftop and split systems, VRF/VRV equipment, ductwork, and refrigerant piping.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team focus.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC equipment on new construction and remodel projects.
• Assist with rooftop units, split systems, VRF/VRV, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Deliver a high level of workmanship and customer service.
