We are currently seeking someone capable of performing air conditioning installations, including ductwork design and construction, installing indoor and outdoor units, air handlers, furnaces, and commercial equipment.

Job Description:

We want applicants who can excel in both residential and commercial applications. You will be responsible for HVAC installations, and we need well-rounded individuals who can excel at every aspect. Applicants must be able to work on an on-call schedule, including weekends and late hours.

Requirements:

• Drug-free, must pass a background check

• NATE certification preferred or certifiable
• EPA certification required within 60 days of hire

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gather required materials.
• Establish environmental systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting components; complete power connections.
• Test and repair environmental systems by operating, identifying malfunctions, and repairing or replacing parts.
• Maintain tools and equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document actions by completing equipment records.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following standards and procedures.
• Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Complete installation of package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-split units to high standards without shortcuts.
