Sharp Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to install customized HVAC solutions for residential clients. You will work hands-on with customers, assess needs, and deliver craftsmanship in a client-focused environment.

The role offers on-site work, with opportunities for ongoing training and advancement. A background check and a valid driver’s license are required, and compensation ranges from hourly to commission-based pay.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Job description

As a Residential HVAC Installer for Sharp Plumbing & Heating you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of Plumbing equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM

• Proven track record of successful HVAC installation
• 3+ Years of residential HVAC installation experience
