HVAC Installer
Purpose: As an HVAC installer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents—primarily new residential and multi‑family construction.
Responsibilities
- Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes.
- Identify hazards and safety problems related to HVAC installation and operations.
- Take corrective action to fix identified problems.
- Make decisions on the job site to ensure continuous work and high quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
- Read blueprints.
- Complete quality control sheets.
- Work Monday through Friday 6 AM–5 PM and occasionally on Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills and the ability to empower the team.
- Ability to produce high‑quality work.
- Excellent communication skills for working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
- Knowledge of HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to follow directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic demonstrated daily.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Relevant HVAC experience is a plus.
