Job summary

MacBrothers Mechanical in North Carolina is seeking a full-time installer to join our team. You will handle new construction installations of forced air heating and cooling systems, including ductless mini splits and heat pumps, with a focus on safety and quality.

Candidates need at least one year of experience, a clean driving record, and a professional appearance. Bilingual skills, strong organization, problem solving, and the ability to work overtime are a plus as you install units and

Qualifications

• 1 year experience with new construction installation of HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• No criminal record.
• Customer service oriented with neat appearance.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Regular duties include full installations/new construction.
• Light construction work such as fabricating small duct work, electrical wiring, drilling.
• Must be able to carry out instructions with little to no supervision.
• Able to operate power and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform full installations in new construction projects.
• Assemble and install HVAC components (air handlers, furnaces, coils, outdoor units).
• Fabricate small duct work and perform electrical wiring as needed.
• Maintain on-site safety and customer service standards.
