HVAC Installer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform installations according to the installation checklist.
2. Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
3. Follow all safety guidelines.
4. Work with and train installation helpers as assigned.
5. Keep the customer informed about the process.
6. Report any issues to the Install Manager.
7. Learn product features and benefits.
8. Follow procedures for purchase orders and material recycling.
9. Maintain equipment and inventory for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Must be EPA certified; NATE certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of residential installation experience.
• Uphold and promote company core values.
• Contribute positively to team culture and morale.
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings.
