Job summary

Sila Services in Manassas, VA is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our local team. You’ll install and service HVAC equipment, design and fit ducts, and work with a clean, well-equipped truck to complete jobs efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC Installer experience required.
• EPA certification.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Design, fabricate and install ducts and fittings.
• Receive, verify, and load equipment and materials for each job.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicle and worksites.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete all paperwork for each job.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrates and establishes effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completes all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Represents Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HVAC Installer
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems
• EPA certification
• Must have own hand and power tools
• Must have knowledge of safety rules and requirements.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

$18 - $40 an hour
