About the Role: As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC units are installed correctly and operate efficiently to meet customer comfort needs. About Us: Dwyer Services, located in Manasquan, NJ, serves Ocean and Monmouth Counties and surrounding areas. We provide quality heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services at competitive prices, addressing issues promptly to prevent major problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
2. Conduct site inspections and measurements for proper HVAC system placement.
3. Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
4. Test systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
5. Follow all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members for timely project completion.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records of work and materials used.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
4. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and precision in work.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
9. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
10. EPA certification.
