Job summary

BelAire Heating and Cooling is seeking HVAC Installers to join our residential installation team across multiple Michigan locations. This role involves wiring, ductwork, blueprint reading, and following building codes.

You may start at an entry level and progress to Lead Installer with mentorship and formal certification support. We offer a company vehicle for lead installers, health insurance with premium support, a tool allowance, 401(k) with match, uniforms, and a clear path for growth within

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and read building codes.
• Maintain a clean driving record and present a professional image.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Read blueprints and run ductwork according to codes.
• Use power tools safely and work from ladders.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and timely paperwork.
• Lead at least one other installer and train peers when needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow professionally.

Job Description:

HVAC Installer

Responsibilities.

• Installing heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Know how to read blueprints.
• Run duct & understand building codes.
• Properly use power tools.
• Work safely on a ladder.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
• Must be punctual.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Lead installer will be in charge of a minimum of 1 other individual and must be able to guide that person to perform at a high level.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
