Pay: $50,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Install heating and cooling systems in new constructions
• Upgrade systems in existing buildings
• Optimize energy efficiency of systems
• Maintain accurate logs of work, materials, and recommendations
• Work independently to deliver quality results
• Use tools and equipment responsibly and safely
• Follow safety protocols and maintain awareness of safety concerns

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technician experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and access tight spaces
• Proficiency with power and hand tools
• Basic math skills relevant to construction
• Knowledge of building codes and blueprint reading
• Strong communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the US
