Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Ensure all systems are properly connected, calibrated, and operating efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Adhere to all safety policies and local HVAC codes
• Document installations and complete all necessary paperwork
• Occasionally work extended hours or weekends for urgent projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial)
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
