DIRECT HIRE – HVAC Installer
Conshohocken, PA
$32–$47/hour
Full-Time | 40 hours/week

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join a growing and dynamic team in the Conshohocken area. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, competitive pay, and a strong company culture focused on quality work and professional development.

As an HVAC Installer, you'll play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across residential and commercial sites. You should be confident in your technical ability, experienced in the field, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for HVAC system layouts

• Design, fabricate, and install custom ductwork

• Order and manage materials for systems ranging from 1 to 25 tons

• Set, install, and balance HVAC equipment and systems

• Communicate clearly with project managers regarding job progress and site needs

• Navigate and work comfortably in confined or tight spaces
