Job summary

Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical is hiring an HVAC Installer in Colorado Springs to install, maintain, and repair residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems. You will work with a reorganized team to meet customer expectations and ensure compliance with safety codes.

Responsibilities include installation of furnaces, A/Cs, ducts, and thermostats, plus routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience.
• Valid EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system malfunctions.
• Ensure installations meet safety codes and regulations.
• Document work performed, parts used, quotes, and invoices.

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical codes, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems

• Accurately document all work performed, parts and materials used, quotes presented, job progress, and to create and submit invoices

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC install experience

• Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Neat and clean presentation
