Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable Residential HVAC Installation experience required.
• Valid driver license and insurable driving record mandatory.
• EPA Certification is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with the Installation of residential HVAC including Steam and Hot Water Boilers, Central Heating and A/C units as well as ductless split systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work.
• Documents service actions by completing forms, logs, and records
• Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and individual training with our company Trainer, and reading professional publications
• You must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a "clean cut" appearance and adapt well to all types of working conditions

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver license
• 2+ years of verifiable Residential HVAC Installation experience
• EPA Certification is a plus
• Willing to learn and become a Lead Installer in time
• Able to meet Physical Demands and tolerate Work Environment
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
