As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and ductwork
• Assist with removal of old equipment and prepare job sites for new installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Safely operate tools and equipment required for HVAC installation
• Follow project timelines, complete installations on schedule, and ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout each project
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC installation experience preferred (but motivated beginners are welcome to apply!)
• Valid Driver's License required
• EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Professional demeanor with good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor directions
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the trade
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening if required
• Physical ability to perform installation work (lifting, climbing, standing, etc.)

Work Schedule
