This full-time, year-round role involves leading installations with an assigned helper, starting up new equipment, and ensuring compliance with local codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
