Job summary

Air Plus Heating & Cooling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to install residential and commercial systems. You will join a team focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, handling diverse equipment and job sites.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of installation experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years of HVAC installation experience.
EPA Universal Certification required.
NATE Certification preferred.
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces.
Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and various weather conditions.
Able to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini splits, and related equipment.
Work with team members to complete installations efficiently and professionally.
Ensure proper system setup, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
