Qualifications

• A State Journeyman’s card or Master’s License is required.
• EPA approved CFC Certification is necessary.
• 3 years of industry experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of current BOCA Code and OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• Perform tenant fit out alterations including ductwork replacement.
• Maintain compliance with documentation policies.
• Keep service coordinator informed on work status.

Skills

EPA approved CFC Certification

Ability to read and follow prints

Customer service skills

Knowledge of BOCA Code

Ability to work independently

Ability to handle multiple activities

Education
