Job summary

New England Mechanical Services, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to install, replace, and retrofit commercial HVAC systems for our Operations Group.

The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial HVAC systems, a clean driving record, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Boiler and steam experience is a plus, and all work adheres to NEMSI safety policies.

• Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Have commercial HVAC systems experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Boiler and steam experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell; and lift, set‑up and climb ladders and stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move various weights: 0–50 lbs frequently, 51–100 lbs occasionally, 101 lbs+ seldom. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
