Representative duties include:

• Complete HVAC installation jobs efficiently and timely.
• Perform routine HVAC installation activities independently.
• Install and replace residential equipment.
• Install and replace light commercial equipment.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post HVAC program education is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van/truck.
• At least one year of successful experience as a service or installation technician.
• Good verbal and reading skills, including understanding manufacturers' instructions and communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, etc.
• Physical ability to perform all duties, including working in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and access roofs (commercial).
• Interest in and commitment to ongoing HVAC skills development through self-study, training, and workshops.
• Ability to work under pressure, with a non-standard schedule, and accommodate customer needs.
