Jobot is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join a growing Northern Virginia/DMV team. You’ll install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, often dispatched from home with a take-home company vehicle.

Expect work on Split Systems, RTUs, ductwork, and VRF/VRV where applicable, with competitive pay and OT eligibility. We value 5+ years in HVAC field installation, the ability to read plans and specs, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field installation experience.

• Strong sheet metal installation experience.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and equipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in a range of settings.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and equipment documentation for proper installation.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication and ductwork tasks with accuracy.
• Distribute and connect components, test systems, and ensure proper operation.

Job Details

We are seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join a growing team installing Residential and Light Commercial HVAC systems throughout the Northern Virginia/DMV region. This position offers a take-home company vehicle, and Technicians are generally dispatched directly from home. You'll work on a variety of equipment, including Split Systems, Rooftop Units (RTUs), Sheet Metal/Ductwork, and VRV/VRF Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Installer looking for steady work, strong compensation, and greater independence in the field.

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of HVAC Field installation experience
• Experience installing Residential Split Systems
• Experience installing light Commercial Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Strong Sheet Metal installation experience
• Ability to read Plans, Specifications, and Equipment Documentation
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• No DUI/DWI history

NICE TO HAVE

• VRV/VRF installation experience
• Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, or LG systems
• VA, DC, or MD Journeyman License
• Experience working across both Residential and Light Commercial projects
• EPA 608 Certification
