Lanz Heating & Cooling, a Champaign, IL-based contractor, is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Tech / Entry-Level Installer to install residential systems for the local community.

You will work with a team to meet company standards, provide excellent service, and enjoy industry-competitive pay with SPIFF opportunities. The daily schedule typically starts at 7:00 am or another agreed time with the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Applicable construction background/experience.
• Competent using hand tools correctly.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to perform the physical demands of the job.

Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full-time HVAC Installation Tech / Entry-Level Installer to save the day by installing quality residential HVAC systems for the good citizens of our Champaign, IL community. In this vital role, you will work closely with your team of installers to provide exceptional customer service while meeting all company standards for installations. This position comes with an industry-competitive pay plus SPIFF opportunities and a daily schedule beginning at 7:00 am, or at an agreed-upon time with the supervisor.
