Job summary

Lanz Heating & Cooling, a Champaign, IL-based contractor, is seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Tech / Entry-Level Installer to install residential systems for the local community.

You will work with a team to meet company standards, provide excellent service, and enjoy industry-competitive pay with SPIFF opportunities. The daily schedule typically starts at 7:00 am or another agreed time with the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Applicable construction background/experience.
• Competent using hand tools correctly.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to perform the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Install quality residential HVAC systems.
• Work with a team of installers to ensure proper installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting company standards.
