Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT, is seeking an HVAC Installation Team Lead to supervise installations, lead a crew, and ensure top workmanship. This full-time role reports to the site lead and focuses on customer satisfaction, safety, and efficient project delivery.

You'll coordinate equipment placement, review project expectations, and manage startup/closeout paperwork while maintaining company standards and a positive team environment. Must have a valid CT license and DL.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Connecticut license (D or S) is required or preferred.

• Oversee HVAC and mechanical installations from start to finish.
• Primary point of contact for customers and field crew.
• Review equipment placement and project expectations.
• Lead and support installation crew.
• Complete startup and closeout paperwork.
• Oversee equipment and piping installation to meet standards.

• Keep projects on track and within schedule.
