Job summary

Zero Homes is seeking an Installation Quality Manager to lead pre-install QA checks, post-install QC, and punch-list ownership. You’ll be the technical resource for contractors and the install coordination team, ensuring standards are met and issues are resolved quickly.

You will bridge design and field execution, driving better products, standards, and installs with a can-do, contractor-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation and supervision experience.
• Experience running quality checks on residential installs.
• The ability to give clear technical direction to contractors and coordinators.
• Comfort reading equipment layouts and specs.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-install QA checks to catch design and site problems.
• Run post-install QC checks to decide if a job meets standards.
• Own all punch list items from start to completion.
• Be the technical phone-a-friend for contractors and install coordinators.
• Provide quick solutions and set clear expectations for crews.
