Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Denver, under new management, seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join the team. In this role you will install equipment and accessories, design and install ducts, perform startup and diagnostics, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

A sign-on bonus may be available based on experience. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of residential installation experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per standards and manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics and startup on heating/cooling systems.
• Maintain clean work area and protect client's floors during installations.
• Conduct before/after walkthroughs of the home and document damages.
