Hall's Heating & Air is expanding to Amarillo, TX and seeks a full-time HVAC Installation Lead to guide our team toward success. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, mentor installers on-site, and ensure top-quality results.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a competitive wage of up to $33 per hour based on experience. You’ll work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime, receive benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid training, and relocation assistance.

BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLATION LEAD

Schedule:

You’ll work a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.

Day-to-Day:

As our HVAC Installation Lead, you'll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to our high standards. You'll provide on-site training and guidance to our HVAC installers, helping to develop their skills and knowledge. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and effectively!
