Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.
• Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address questions and concerns.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
