AireServ Heating & Air Conditioning of Council Bluffs is hiring an Installation Professional Journeyman/4th year apprentice in Council Bluffs, Iowa. You will lead efficient installations of HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction on residential and commercial projects.

We require Iowa Journeyman License preferred, EPA/CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC and refrigeration experience required.
• CFC Certification and EPA card preferred.
• Iowa HVAC journeyman license or 4th year apprentice preferred; license assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain stock of equipment.
• Collect payment information from customers for work performed.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment serviced, clean, and in good condition.
• Complete invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Cross-train in related positions as needed.

AireServ Heating & Air Conditioning of Council Bluffs has a immediate opening for a Installation Professional Journeyman/4th year apprentice. Job is fulltime with location in Council Bluffs, Iowa. If you like working in HVAC but don't care for the hastle of working in Omaha, we have a great place for you.

Install Journeyman/4th Year Apprentice- Iowa HVAC or Mechanical Journeyman License/4th year apprentice is preferred. We will work with you to get your Iowa Journeyman License. Will need EPA card, drivers license & any applicable licenses you have. Expected Salary is $50,000 to $100,000 Depending on Experience DOE. Looking for professionals with residential & commercial replacement & new construction experience. Must be a self starter with a dedication to details & with a drive to satisfy our clients. Ideal candidate would have lead experience with multi family projects & running a crew.

As an Installation Professional, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Ideally you have prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

Specific Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems

Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment

Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition

Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge

CFC Certification

Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

Able to lift up to 50-100lbs

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and personality
