Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to support construction projects and read blueprints for timely completion. You will lay out roof penetrations, ducting, and sheet metal fittings under the foreman's direction.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in commercial HVAC construction, familiarity with refrigeration equipment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a safety-conscious environment. Join a growing team across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC installation knowledge is required.
• Experience reading blueprints for HVAC systems.
• 4+ years in construction with hands-on field experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration equipment and sheet metal work.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides support on HVAC construction by reading and interpreting blueprints as needed by foreman to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.
• Lays out roof penetrations and ducting; lays out sheet metal fittings as directed by foreman.
• Assists the Construction foreman as needed on the job.
• Coordinates and follows job schedules; i.e., labor hours and material costs.
