ARS-Rescue Rooter, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor in North Charleston, SC. You will lead installation crews in the field, evaluate workmanship, correct issues, and provide hands-on training to ensure top-quality results.

This leadership role combines field work with coaching, requires deep HVAC knowledge, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and code compliance. A company truck and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on residential HVAC installation or service experience.
• Strong knowledge of complete residential HVAC system installations.
• Ability to diagnose installation problems and teach others to correct them.
• Understanding of airflow, ductwork, refrigerant piping, gas piping, electrical components, system setup, and start-up procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable HVAC codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on field training and technical coaching to HVAC installation crews.
• Visit active job sites to inspect workmanship, troubleshoot problems, and correct installation deficiencies.
• Train installers on airflow, ductwork, piping, electrical components, system setup and start-up procedures.
• Reinforce quality, safety, code compliance and customer-service standards.
• Identify skill gaps and develop coaching plans for team members.
• Support installations and help crews resolve field-related challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards.
