Pearce Heating & AC Inc is hiring an HVAC Installation Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level role you will assist with install, service, and repairs of gas and electric heating and cooling systems, with on-the-job training provided.

Work is conducted in both shop and customer sites, with 2-person installation teams. We value reliability, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn, and we offer a friendly atmosphere and growth opportunities in a veteran HVAC company located in

• No HVAC experience required.
• Must be able to work alone and stay on task.
• Must have own transportation and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.

• Learn the techniques to retro fit gas furnace installations
• Organize Shop areas and equipment storage
• Pick up and deliver equipment for service and installation
• Build custom sheet metal fittings
• Recycling and scrap metal runs
• Maintain and stock parts for shop and trucks
