Job summary

Airtron LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer Helper to assist in installing heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment for Residential New Construction or Retail Teams. You will support start-up testing, duct fabrication and site work across Kentucky locations.

The role requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn the HVAC trade; overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; education may be substituted by experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer, tablet or laptop use capability.
• Valid driver's license required; OT/weekend hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment per company specs.
• May test systems to ensure proper function and identify issues for repair.
• Complete paperwork neatly, accurately and on time.
• May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.
• Fabricate and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; work at residential or construction sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
