Action Plumbing, Heating & Electric is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to join our Sun Prairie team. You will install and commission residential HVAC equipment, educate customers, and ensure a smooth installation process while following codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience, 3 years preferred.
• Clean driving record (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
