Qualifications

• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity sufficient for installation work.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation department to perform timely installations per standards.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations.
• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel, listen to concerns, and proactively solve problems.
• Ensure parts and equipment are ready in advance and vehicles are properly stocked.
• Document work and stay current with HVAC codes and standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance on all jobs.
